Was a regular customer of the Bank and Heron location. Enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the service. The last two times I visited I left without eating as I was made to wait 15 minutes the first time and ten the second without service.
I expressed my dissatisfaction to one of the servers the first time it happened and got the lip service: "I am sorry" obviously it was just that, as the second time the service was as bad.
Never going back again after many years. It does not take much to undo the good work quickly.

Fat Albert's / Ralph is a nice little community sport bar. There should be more of these kinds of bars/pubs. I often go with buddies and we watch hockey on the many TVs. I enjoy the fact that it is not as busy as some of the other venues so the seating/service etc... is better
There's a good selection of beer and other drinks. One of the highlights of Fat Albert's is the sub menu. In my opinion this is the best sub menu in the city... Simply Awesome!! Try the Cordon Blue sub.
The food is fresh and service courteous and prompt.
